A new wave of premium apartment developments is set to transform the city skyline and deliver a new standard of city living.

Two new apartment developments are set to overtake Westpac House’s longstanding title of Adelaide’s tallest building.

The Adelaidean hotel and apartment project will take top spot, sitting at 135 metres. The tower is perfectly placed in the city’s East End, on the doorstep of premium retail offerings, some of Australia’s best restaurants and an abundance of boutique bars. The $150 million development will feature the Crowne Plaza hotel in the lower half and 74 residential apartments on the upper levels.

Realm Adelaide, situated on North Terrace, will span across 40 levels and is set for completion in 2020. Construction of the 132 metre luxury tower has surpassed level 28, with over 95 per cent sold.

The $200 million tower will offer over 300 apartments ranging from one bedroom to the “Penthouse Collection”, three 3-bedroom deluxe apartments that boast 192 square metre interiors and 40+ square metre balconies.
